- Any one-time charges paid to FastfiberNet Regional Partners at the time of installation are non-refundable.

- For Unlimited Data plans, speed will reduce to 3 Mbps after 3300 GB data consumption.
- FastfiberNet reserves the right to cancel, modify, withdraw, discontinue the free OTT subscription offer at any time during its validity as may be required in view of business exigencies and/or changes by TRAI, Department of Telecom (DOT), and/or such other applicable statutory changes without any notice & customer is advised to check this Website regularly for any update(s) or amendment(s) made to these Terms and Conditions.
- Speed mentioned is maximum speed for respective plans.
- For 200 Mbps plan, speed on WiFi will be 100 Mbps and on LAN 190 Mbps. End device consuming 200 Mbps speed should support 5 GHz band.
- Modem & Router are Free to use it will be return to the company in case of disconnection.
- 150 Mbps & above speed plans are available in Chailengta & selected areas and is subject to technical feasibility.
- There is no refund policy applicable once the connectivity is activated and incase of disconnection.
- The terms and conditions of usage of FastfiberNet continue to be applicable upon you as a user of the broadband Data plans
Installation fee of Rs. 1000/- applicable on monthly plans without Wi-Fi and Rs.1500/- with Wi-Fi along with 1 month free subscription along with OTT package, while on subscription to 3m/6m/12m plans will be waived off. On 6 month and 8 month plans, subscriber will get an additional validity of 2 Months and 4 Months Extra respectively.
